This stunning home is based in Coatesville, Auckland. Set at the end of a private road, the country surroundings create a private estate just outside of Auckland. Our overseas-based clients engaged Island Interiors to help them create their dream home in New Zealand.

Renovate the original property to create a modern, stylish home perfect for a young family. Island Interiors detailed designs encompassed all areas of the home - providing CAD drawings of the new kitchen and various bathrooms, a full electrical redesign as well as finishes and furniture throughout. Island Interiors project managed trade teams to implement the new designs and provided detailed timelines to work too. Island Interiors also managed the design, procurement, and installation of all furniture and accessories ready for the clients arrival.
As the owners were based overseas throughout, the project was managed remotely via regular and detailed zoom meetings, cloud-based project management software and regular site visits over the 8 month period.
